New and irresistible changes in our menu!
WILD BOAR BURGER
As with every year, this spring we´re making some menu changes. To many of you this doesn´t come as a surprise, as we received so many requests this year to add these new favourites.
Finally, the Christmas special will be a permanent item that we´re calling JABALÍ. Slow cooked wild boar & wild mushrooms and red cabbage sauerkraut. Next up the BRAVAS BRUTALES were a huge hit, roast garlic aioli and wild boar stew with catalan sausage, really brutal!
We´re also adding a new beef option, chunky ground 250g ENTRECOTE that’s been aged no less than 35 days. A truly premium cut char-grilled to perfection.
And last, but not least, our incredible vegan burger, the ROAST BEET, with a beetroot & quinoa patty, homemade bbq sauce, grilled beetroot and whipped avocado. That’s a total of 3 veg + vegan options!
