Do you know about our Test Kitchen? It’s how we see what our fans think about our latest creations. If they pass the test, you might find them on our permanent menus.

Following this concept, we launched three tasty numbers that we’ve been working on for a while now:

– Burger of dry aged Galician rib-eye, homemade bacon, Manchego cheese and our super bacon relish
– Slow-cooked duck with pear and piquillo pepper, homemade pickles.
Vegan “Pepito” with mushroom ragout and our own red cabbage sauerkraut.

All we can say is we think we passed the test…
