It’s warming up, summer is on the way and that means beers and barbecues with friends, right? We’re going to make those barbecues even more delicious by giving you the recipe for our most popular sauce- the BBQ. After tasting this awesome sauce you will never go back to the industrial stuff sold in the supermarkets!
Ingredients

First, in olive oil, saute the garlic and onion (chopped) until it browns. Then, add sweet paprika, just for a few seconds, watching out that it doesn’t burn (it can bitter). Now, the tomato, already diced. Add salt, pepper and give a touch of cayenne if you like it spicy.
Wait a couple of minutes, until the tomato has been well mixed with the rest of ingredients. Finally add brown sugar, the Sherry vinegar and honey. Leave it over low heat for at least an hour. When you see that it has been caramelized, add a glass of orange juice and cook on a low heat for 2 hours more.
