At Pirinat ecological farm, the animals are born and raised outdoors. They aren’t fed with hormones or artificial antibiotics so the flavour is more natural and healthier, but the taste and quality is also superior.
The Bacoa burger menu includes hamburgers of all types. From organic meat, to aged entrecote, grilled chicken, vegan and vegetarian burgers.
Some burgers are exotic like our succulent Japonesa with Teriyaki sauce or creative like our classic Blackbean vegetarian burger, a black bean patty with roasted pepper and cream cheese.
Bacoa was born in 2010 with a very simple but effective formula. In our first restaurant, located behind the Santa Caterina market, we only had a grill, a fridge, a fryer and 15 chairs. This and a good attitude were all that was necessary to start developing, cooking and serving our first burgers.
The idea that Brad and Paula, founders and creators of Bacoa, followed was the typical formula of Australian barbecue. Each client serves and shares the table with other clients and the sauces to accompany the burgers, all homemade and natural, are available at the table.
