Bestial bravas, barbaric, colossal, wild … we considered many nicknames before deciding “Bravas brutales”. When you try them, you will understand why we named them “brutales”, but in the meantime here are some clues…

We use a delicious chorizo and catalan sausage relish. Once topped on golden fried potatoes and combined with a roast garlic aioli, we believe it’s earned the fame.
