Arctic Monkeys, Björk, Belle and Sebastian, Migos, The National, Haim, Tyler The Creator, Cigarettes after sex, Nick Cave, The War and Drugs … Uuuf!! It takes a good meal to face such a line-up.
And that’s exactly where we come into play, doing what we know best: burgers! Energy drinks are for beginners.
We’ve already been at Eat Street and Palo Alto, but we’ve never been in a festival like this one. And we can say that everything couldn’t have been better. In only 5 square meters, we set up an oasis between both riff and headbanger, to recharge batteries and please the belly and palate. In all, there were thousands of starving people who went through the Heineken Vip Area, where we were located, attracted by the smoke from our grills.
We offered three menus. No more stories, no effects, no samplers. Classic burger with organic beef, La Manchega (with cheese and caramelized onions) and a veggie option (mushroom ragout with red cabbage sauerkraut). All of them with baby potatoes, steamed, with olive oil, salt and pepper and with a generous bathe of our garlic aioli.
Uuuf!! It takes a lot of music to face such a menu.
Exhausted but happy, after giving all as Bjork or Alex Turner did, but counting down for the next fest, while we keep singing our greatest hit:
